The exchange
In exchange, founding clients agree to let us document their results as a written case study, reviewed by you before anything publishes.
The disclosure
Waiving your setup fee is a material connection under FTC rules. Wherever we publish your case study, we name that connection, right next to the content, every time. No fine print, no link to click to find it.
Here's the disclosure that runs with your case study, word for word, right next to it, every time (FTC 16 CFR Part 255):
Disclosure: [Business name] is a Boosted Leads founding client. We waived its Setup Fee ($1,500 at the time of signing, as stated in its Order Form) in exchange for this case study. The figures are this business's own results over [period].
On a social post or ad, where that full sentence doesn't fit, we use this short form instead. It still runs in the post itself, never behind a link:

Every published result also carries a statement right next to the figures: either what similar clients generally see, backed by our own data, or this client's own ad budget and market so you can judge how it compares to yours. We never publish a bare "results not typical" (FTC 16 CFR § 255.2(b)).
