Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Blazed Industries, LLC d/b/a Boosted Leads ("Boosted Leads," "we," "us," "our") operates boostedleads.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Boosted Leads provides services only to businesses located in the United States. We do not direct our services to, or knowingly market to, individuals in the EEA or the UK.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly when submitting our intake or contact forms:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Business name, industry, city or service area, website URL
- Marketing goals, monthly leads target, marketing budget
- TCPA consent timestamp and acknowledgment
Collected automatically when you visit the Site:
- Your IP address and browser type, seen by Cloudflare as our host on every request — used to serve pages, block bots, and rate-limit abuse
- If you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, referring URL, session duration, approximate city, and device type. If you don’t accept, none of this is collected. See Section 8.
When you comment on or subscribe to our blog:
- The username (display name) you choose — shown publicly with your comment
- Your email address, if you provide it — optional, never shown publicly; used to notify you of replies and to help prevent spam
- The content of your comment — shown publicly
- Your IP address and browser/user-agent — collected automatically to prevent spam and abuse
- If you subscribe to our email updates, the email address you provide
We do not collect or store payment card data. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver your free audit and game plan
- Follow up on your inquiry via phone, text, or email (with your consent)
- Send service-related and marketing communications
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Operate and improve our Site and AI systems
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
- Publish and display comments you submit on our blog
- Moderate comments for spam, abuse, and policy violations (automated tools and human review)
- Send our email updates if you opt in (unsubscribe anytime)
- Notify you of replies to your comment, if you provided an email
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertising networks. The site runs no advertising trackers at all. The vendors listed in Section 4 only handle data on our behalf, to do the job we hired them for.
3. Text Messages, Calls, and Emails (TCPA / CAN-SPAM)
By submitting our intake form and checking the consent box, you agree that Boosted Leads may contact you at the phone number and email you provided — by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including calls placed or answered by an automated system or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
AI communications (ELIAS™). Some calls and messages are handled by ELIAS, our AI assistant, which identifies itself at the start of a call. Calls handled by ELIAS or routed through our tracking numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, compliance, and lead attribution. Recordings and transcripts are retained per Section 5 and shared only as described in Section 4 or as required by law.
ELIAS chat on this website. The chat window on this site is ELIAS. When you send a message, we pass that message and the rest of the conversation to Anthropic, PBC — our AI provider. Anthropic reads it and writes the reply. We send it from our server, not from your browser. Anthropic does not use your messages to train AI models; that’s a term of our contract with them, not a promise we’re making on their behalf.
We don’t store the conversation on our servers. It’s saved in your own browser so the chat stays open as you move between pages, and it’s deleted automatically after 30 days. Clearing your browser data removes it immediately.
Don’t put health details, account numbers, or anything sensitive in the chat. If you need to send something like that, email us instead.
To opt out of texts: Reply STOP at any time.
To opt out of emails: Click Unsubscribe in any email we send.
Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to your active service engagement.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the vendors we use to run the business and deliver our services:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Resend | Email delivery |
| Telnyx | SMS and voice communications |
| ElevenLabs, Inc. | Voice AI that lets ELIAS speak and listen on phone calls. Receives caller voice audio and call transcripts for the calls ELIAS handles. |
| Supabase | Data storage |
| Anthropic, PBC | Powers the ELIAS chat assistant — receives your message content to write replies |
| OpenAI | AI image generation and backup AI processing |
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, and bot/spam protection (Turnstile) |
| Google LLC | Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) — loads only if you accept analytics cookies |
| Cal.com | Scheduling your strategy call |
| Spacemail (Spaceship) | Hosts our business mailboxes (support@ and info@). Receives the emails you send us and any attachments. |
| DataForSEO | Search ranking, Google Business Profile, and on-page data for reporting. Receives a business's public name, address, and website URL only. No customer data. |
| Perplexity AI, Inc. | AI search visibility monitoring (agreed buyer prompts run against the assistant once a month). Receives the agreed prompts, which can include a client's public business name and service area, and the assistant's answer and cited sources. No lead, caller, or customer data. |
| Sentry | Error monitoring for our software. Configured not to attach personal data automatically. |
| Telegram | Sends our founder a real-time lead alert about your account: business name, source, time, and service requested. No caller names or phone numbers. |
We also run advertising campaigns for our clients on Google Ads and Meta, in ad accounts our clients own, through our own agency accounts. Those platforms receive our clients' campaign settings, budgets, and conversion signals, and return spend and performance data. They do not receive personal information collected through this website.
Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and, where the provider offers one, data processing terms. Telegram offers none, which is why we send it no customer names, phone numbers, or email addresses. We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Boosted Leads or others.
5. Data Retention
If you're a lead or prospect who hasn't signed on as a client, we keep the information you gave us directly (your intake form, emails, texts, and calls) for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see Section 7).
If you're a client under our Client Services Agreement, here's how long we keep your data:
- Lead records, call recordings and transcripts, customer lists, and performance data: kept and available in your client portal for as long as your Agreement is in effect. When your Agreement ends, we export it to you on request, in CSV (and audio files for recordings), within 10 business days, then delete or de-identify it within 90 days after your Agreement ends.
- Consent records (who consented to what, when, how, and the exact language shown): kept for at least 5 years after your Agreement ends as our legal record of consent, then deleted.
- Opt-out records (STOP requests, email unsubscribes, and do-not-contact requests): kept permanently, so a number or address that opted out is never messaged again by us, even years later.
- Backups: roll off within 35 days of a record being deleted from our live systems.
Website analytics data is separate and is kept by Google for up to 14 months after your last interaction with the site.
Comments you post remain published until you or we remove them; you can request removal at any time. IP addresses and moderation logs tied to comments are retained for up to 12 months for abuse prevention. If you subscribe to our email updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
6. New York SHIELD Act
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with requirements under New York's Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security (SHIELD) Act.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time
To exercise these rights, email info@boostedleads.com with subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Nothing optional loads until you choose. On your first visit you’ll see a bar at the bottom of the page with three buttons — Accept all, Reject all, and Manage preferences. Until you pick one, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. Rejecting takes one click, same as accepting.
Some things have to run or the site breaks. They keep you logged in to the client portal, block spam on our forms, and remember the choice you just made. Those aren’t optional, and they don’t build a profile of you.
The site saves a few other things in your browser. Most are saved only when you do something that needs them — switching to dark mode, starting a chat, typing into the intake form. One is automatic: after 20 seconds we note that we’ve already offered you the chat, so we don’t offer twice in the same visit. That note holds no information about you. None of this sits behind a consent button, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Here’s everything the site stores or sends:
| Name | Who receives it | What it’s for | Type | How long | Needs your OK? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_HSZT5GG6Y0 | Google LLC | Tells one browser apart from another so visits can be counted | Cookie | Up to 2 years | Yes — not set until you accept |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Cloudflare, Inc. | Counts page views without identifying anyone | No cookie, no storage | Not stored on your device | No — there’s nothing to store |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare, Inc. | Blocks bots and spam on our forms | Challenge only | Length of the check | No — strictly necessary |
| Supabase login session | Supabase, Inc. | Keeps you signed in to the client portal | Cookie | Until you sign out | No — strictly necessary |
bl_consent | Boosted Leads only | Remembers the cookie choice you made | Cookie | 12 months | No — it is the record of your choice |
| Theme preference | Boosted Leads only | Remembers light or dark mode | Local storage | Until you clear it | No — saved only when you switch |
elias-chat-v2 | Boosted Leads only | Keeps your chat visible as you move between pages | Local storage | 30 days | No — saved only after you send a message |
elias-nudge-v1 | Boosted Leads only | Remembers we already offered you a free audit, so we don’t ask twice | Session storage | Until you close the tab | No — holds no information about you |
| Intake form draft | Boosted Leads only | Lets you finish a part-filled form | Session storage | Until you close the tab | No — cleared when you submit |
| Blog comment name and email | Boosted Leads only | So you don’t retype them next time | Local storage | Until you clear it | No — saved only when you comment |
| Blog rating token and your votes | Boosted Leads only | Stops the same browser voting twice and shows which way you voted | Local storage | Until you clear it | No — saved only when you rate a post or vote on a comment |
| Cal.com booking embed | Cal.com, Inc. | Books your call; receives the three answers you type | Third-party script | See Cal.com’s policy | No — loads only when you open booking |
| ELIAS chat messages | Anthropic, PBC | Reads your message to write a reply | Sent to Anthropic; not stored on our servers | See Section 3 | No — sent only when you send a message |
Google Analytics. We use it to count visits and see which pages actually help — how many people land on the site, which pages they read, and how many request an audit. We don’t use it to follow you around other websites.
Our Google Analytics property is set up for measurement only. Google Signals is off, no Google Ads account is linked to it, and the property does not collect data for ads personalization. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a form. Google keeps the event data for up to 14 months after your last interaction with the site. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Cloudflare adds it for us at the network level, and it is switched off entirely for visitors in the EU.
We don’t run advertising trackers. No ad networks, no Facebook Pixel, no retargeting pixels of any kind. We don’t sell analytics data.
To change or withdraw your choice at any time, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
9. Your cookie and tracking choices
We sort what the site stores into two things you control, plus a set you can’t turn off because the site stops working without them.
- Essential — always on. Login sessions, spam protection, and remembering this choice. No profile, no third-party advertising.
- Analytics — off unless you turn it on. Google Analytics, so we can count visits and see which pages help.
Nothing in the Analytics category loads until you accept it. Not the script, not the cookie, not a single request to Google. If you reject, or if you just close the bar without picking, it stays off.
To change your mind: click Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. The panel opens with your current setting already filled in. Turning Analytics off deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and stops the tracking immediately — you don’t have to reload the page.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read it and treat it as a rejection. Analytics stays off and we don’t ask you again. You’ll see a short note telling you we picked it up. If you’d rather turn analytics on anyway, you can — the panel lets you override it, and we record that you chose to.
We store your choice for 12 months, then ask again. If you rejected, we don’t ask again sooner than that. If your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal, we never ask again.
There’s a fuller explanation at Cookie preferences.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults operating lawful U.S. businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information and we will delete it promptly.
11. Comments and User Content
Our blog lets you post public comments. Comments are public and may be indexed by search engines — please do not post personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for what you post. We moderate comments and may edit, hide, or remove them at our discretion (for example, spam, harassment, or off-topic content); links may be removed. By posting, you grant Boosted Leads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate your comment. See our Comment Policy for the rules. To request removal of a comment, email info@boostedleads.com with the subject “Comment Removal.”
12. Changes
We may update this Policy at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
