Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Blazed Industries, LLC d/b/a Boosted Leads ("Boosted Leads," "we," "us") wants boostedleads.com to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, or magnification.

Our target

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard we measure ourselves against.

Where we are today

This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. That means most of it works, and some of it does not yet.

We check pages two ways: an automated scanner (axe-core) and keyboard tests. On October 22, 2026 we scanned four pages: the home page, Pricing, Contact, and Help. We have not yet done a full audit of every page, and our client portal has not been audited. We have not tested every browser and screen reader pairing.

What we fixed recently: every button and link now shows a visible focus ring when you tab to it, and the chat window is skipped by the Tab key until you open it. The portal preview on the home page scrolls sideways, and it now takes keyboard focus, so you can scroll it with the arrow keys.

What does not work yet

  • Page regions. On the home, Pricing, Contact, and Help pages, some content sits outside a labeled page region. A screen reader may not list that content when you jump between regions.
  • Heading order. On the Contact page, one heading skips a level.
  • Explainer video. The video on the home page and the Process page has an AI-generated voice. Captions are part of the picture, so you cannot turn them off or restyle them. There is a written transcript under the video on both pages.
  • The ELIAS chat window. We test it with a keyboard. We have not tested it with every screen reader.
  • Other companies' tools. Booking (Cal.com), the spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), payment pages (Stripe), and contract signing (DocuSign) are run by those companies. We cannot change how accessible they are. If one of them blocks you, email us and we will handle the booking, the request, or the paperwork another way.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site does not work for you, tell us.

Please tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what tool you use (for example, a screen reader, voice control, or a keyboard only). You do not have to explain your disability.

We reply within one business day. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern. A message sent after 5:00 p.m. Eastern, or on a weekend or holiday, counts as received at 9:00 a.m. the next business day. The reply is our first answer, not always the fix. We will tell you what we can change and, when we know, when.

If a page does not work for you, we will try to give you the same information or service another way, such as by email.

Changes to this page

We update this page when something on the site changes or when we fix an item above.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. Nothing optional loads until you choose. Essential cookies keep logins and spam protection working. See our Privacy Policy.
