Day 1-2
You fill out the intake form
A 5-minute structured form: business name, city, vertical, what you're spending now, biggest pain, and whether you want phone calls or appointments. ELIAS reads your intake and immediately pulls your GBP listing, audits your current website (if any), scrapes 3-5 competitors in your zip code, and checks your core web vitals.
No discovery call required to get started. We do the research first so the kickoff call is actually useful.
Day 2-3
You receive your custom game plan
ELIAS generates a 90-day plan with: a competitor gap analysis, a GBP audit with specific fixes, a line-itemed pricing recommendation (which model fits your situation), and conservative / realistic / optimistic call-volume forecasts. A Supervisor reviews and approves it before it reaches you.
Our target turnaround is under 24 hours. The plan is not a sales pitch. It is a real audit with specific numbers.
Day 3-5
You review, approve, and sign
We send a plain-English engagement agreement for e-signature, then a Stripe checkout link. No annual contract required; after the three-month minimum it is month to month with 30 days' notice. Once you sign and Stripe charges, we start.
If the plan doesn't match your expectations, tell us and we'll revise it. The plan is free; nothing is charged until you sign.
Day 5-7
Landing page goes live
We build your Astro conversion landing page and deploy it to Cloudflare Pages. Your dedicated call-tracking number is set up and routes to your main business line. Pixel installs complete.
You own the content. We host it for free on Cloudflare Pages for the duration of your engagement.
Day 7-10
GBP optimization complete
Photos uploaded, services filled in, Q&A seeded, categories reviewed, attributes set. If your GBP needs a verification postcard, we walk you through that (typically 5-7 business days for Google to mail it). Ad campaigns launch as soon as verification is confirmed.
A complete profile (photos, services, hours, Q&A, categories) is the foundation everything else builds on.
Day 10-14
Campaigns launch
Google Local Service Ads or Google Search Ads go live once Google approves them (depending on your plan). Meta Ads launch if included. Call tracking is confirmed. Your dashboard shows your leads as they arrive; calls and ad data appear as we connect them.
Timing varies by market and season; we report what actually happened, every month.
Monthly
Ongoing optimization + reporting
ELIAS runs weekly campaign optimization checks, updates GBP posts (4-12/month depending on plan), builds citations, and generates your monthly report. You receive a Loom video walkthrough of your numbers, not a static PDF.
Foundation clients receive a monthly email report. Growth and above receive Loom video plus a 15-minute strategy call.
