Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boostedleads.com and any services purchased from Blazed Industries, LLC d/b/a Boosted Leads ("Boosted Leads," "we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Boosted Leads™ provides AI-assisted local marketing and lead generation services for U.S.-based small businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization, missed-call text-back, appointment booking, review requests, reactivation campaigns, and local SEO support. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in your individual engagement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, booked appointments, search engine rankings, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control: your industry, market conditions, competition, offer quality, and your team's ability to close. All benchmarks and case study figures are illustrative and reflect individual results that may not be typical. In accordance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255, all performance claims on this Site represent industry benchmarks, not promises of outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a lawfully organized U.S. business to purchase our services. By submitting our intake form or purchasing a subscription, you confirm this is true.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Current prices are listed at boostedleads.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

• Setup fee. A one-time $1,500 setup fee applies to new engagements and is billed with your first payment. It's waived for Founding Clients and for clients who prepay annually. Once billed, it's non-refundable.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
• Annual terms are optional. We never require an annual commitment. If you elect to prepay annually, that prepayment is refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 30 days.
• ACH payments used to fund your ad budget (Section 5) are credited once the transfer settles (usually about 4 business days) and can be refunded only in full, and only after they've settled. Card payments are credited when the charge succeeds.

5. Ad-budget deposits

Your advertising budget is deposited with Boosted Leads and spent on advertising for your business on platforms like Google and Meta. Deposited funds are spent on your advertising at cost, we never mark up ad spend, and your unspent balance is visible in your dashboard at all times. Unspent balance is refundable on written request, less third-party payment-processing fees. Deposits earn no interest and are not a bank account, escrow, or trust account. When your balance reaches zero, ad delivery pauses until you add funds.

Your ad budget balance is credited with the full amount you deposit; we absorb the processing fee on deposits.

6. Cancellation

This is a recurring subscription. Your retainer is charged on your start date and on the same day of each following month.

Services run for a three-month minimum from your start date. After that, your plan renews automatically, month to month, at your current retainer, until you cancel.

To cancel: email us at info@boostedleads.com or use the cancel option in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling is as easy as signing up: one email or one click. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive it, and never before the three-month minimum ends. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

Cancelling during the three-month minimum. If you cancel before it ends, an Early Exit Fee equal to one month's retainer applies, along with any retainer accrued through your cancellation date. That's the only fee for leaving early; we don't charge you for the rest of the term. The fee doesn't apply if you're leaving because we broke the agreement and didn't fix it, because we broke an exclusivity promise, or because you objected to a new subprocessor.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or fraudulent business information
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or sublicense our services without written permission
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt our systems

8. Tracking and analytics

This Site uses cookies and similar technology. Optional analytics don’t load until you choose to allow them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Our Privacy Policy lists what the site uses, who receives it, and how long we keep it. Nothing in these Terms is your agreement to be tracked — that’s a separate choice you make in the cookie bar.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content (copy, design, code, and brand assets) is owned by Blazed Industries, LLC d/b/a Boosted Leads or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Deliverables we produce specifically for your engagement (audits, game plans, ad copy) are yours to use for your business upon full payment. ELIAS™ system architecture, agent logic, and internal tooling remain the property of Boosted Leads.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boosted Leads' total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) even if advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blazed Industries, LLC d/b/a Boosted Leads and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If you have signed a Client Services Agreement with us, that agreement, including its dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions, governs your relationship with us and controls over these Terms in any conflict; this Section 13 applies to everyone else.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Active subscribers will be notified by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
